WELCOME to the Integrated Care Programme (ICP) staff e-bulletin. The aim of this bulletin is to update everyone on the innovative and exciting work that has been underway over the last three years across Salford by the ICP for Older People, called SalfordTogether, and what the plans are for the ICP model going forward in 2016/17 for adults of all ages.

In today’s newsletter we will give you the ‘faces behind the names’ of the ICP project management team, along with a description of their backgrounds, which demonstrates that the project management team is itself truly integrated between health and social care, and the third sector. We feel this has enabled the programme’s success so far.
