Thank you to our 100 leaders who have been telling us what matters most to them and their teams.

In November, 100 leaders from Salford City Council, Salford CCG, Salford Royal and GMW attended a leadership development programme to ensure your feedback and suggestions play a key part in the transformation plans going forward.

A workforce development group has been formed to evaluate and analyse the outcomes from the programme and we will share more details with you in the coming weeks. Hearing your feedback is essential and will help shape the future of health and social care across the city.
