Freedom to Speak Up Guardian

We’re pleased to announce that Dr Tina Chrysochou (below) has been appointed the Trust’s Freedom to Speak Up Guardian.Tina Chrysochou web

The role will act in a genuinely independent and impartial capacity to support staff who raise concerns by ensuring they understand the process for raising and handling concerns, and to offer support and guidance to those staff who wish to raise concerns, or to those staff who handle concerns.

This is an independent and impartial role with access to the Chief Executive and our Non-Executive Directors. Tina will have the authority to speak to anyone within or outside of the Trust.

To assist Tina in this role, we will be seeking volunteers from across the Trust to act as local guardians and information on these posts will be advertised shortly.
