The Salford Home Care Transformation Project Workshop 3


50 people attended an important co-design workshop to further develop Salford Together’s plans to re-design homecare for the adult population in Salford.

Held on Monday 24th April at Buile Hill Park Hall in Salford, representatives from a number of stakeholder groups including patients, care providers, health and local authority professionals, met for the third in a series of workshops.

The aim of the day was to work out solutions as to how homecare services can be improved and this information will now be used to help shape Salford’s health and social care plans moving forward.
